These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Bradco Enterprise (“Bradco,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, the client (“you” or “customer”). By scheduling or receiving services from Bradco, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Bradco Enterprise provides residential and commercial window cleaning services throughout South Carolina. Services may include interior and/or exterior window washing, screen cleaning, and related services as specified in your estimate or service agreement.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning, or freezing temperatures) or unforeseen events.

  • You will be notified promptly if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

3. Access and Preparation

To ensure a smooth service visit, the customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and unobstructed access to the property and windows.

  • Secure pets and notify us of any special property concerns (e.g., alarm systems, fragile items).

  • Move furniture or personal items away from windows if interior cleaning is requested.

Bradco is not responsible for delays or incomplete services caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are provided in advance via written estimate or confirmed quote.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include: [cash, check, major credit/debit cards, or online payment — customize as needed].

  • A $25 fee may apply for returned checks or failed payments.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • A cancellation fee of $25 may be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

  • In the case of inclement weather, Bradco will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

7. Liability and Damage Waiver

Bradco Enterprise is fully insured and takes great care during service. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, loose window panes, or improper installations.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to aged seals, flaking paint, rotting wood, or screens that are brittle or deteriorating.

  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service.

8. Weather Policy

Window cleaning services may be rescheduled due to heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures for the safety of our staff and the quality of service.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Bradco reserves the right to refuse service if:

  • The environment is unsafe for our team

  • The property is not reasonably accessible

  • There is harassment, threats, or inappropriate behavior

10. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be sold or shared outside of the purposes required to perform services or as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert County, SC] where Bradco Enterprise is based.
